Keynote Speaking &
Motivational Appearances
From last place in junior golf to the PGA Tour winner's circle. Gabriel Hjertstedt's story is one of perseverance, reinvention, and the power of refusing to quit.
A Story Worth Hearing
Gabriel Hjertstedt's life in golf reads like a script that no one would believe — except it all happened. Born in Sweden. Moved to Australia at 10. Picked up a golf club for the first time and finished dead last in every junior event he entered. Then, mentored by Greg Norman's coach Charlie Earp, he transformed himself into one of the finest amateurs in the world — beating a team that featured Phil Mickelson and David Duval by 13 strokes at the World Amateur Championship.
He then spent years grinding through tours in Japan, Australia, and Europe before earning his PGA Tour card. When he finally got there, he was 226th on the money list and nearly lost his playing privileges. Instead, he won. He became the first Swede ever to win on the PGA Tour. Then he did it again.
After competing at the highest level for over a decade — three Masters, all four Majors — Gabe reinvented himself as an elite coach, working with PGA Tour stars, and then designed and self-funded his own premium wedge line. Tony Finau stopped his own practice to test it. Adam Scott and Justin Rose have both tried it.
This is not a motivational speaker reading from a script. This is a man who has lived it — and can tell your audience exactly what it takes to compete, adapt, and win.
“It's one of those deals where you better get it right because you don't get a second chance.”
— Gabriel Hjertstedt
